Our Team

Rohil is an Associate at FoW Partners. Previously, Rohil was on the investment team at Interlock Equity where he focused on middle market private equity buyouts. At Interlock, Rohil was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments and working closely with portfolio companies. Prior to Interlock, Rohil worked at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology group. In this role, he helped originate, advise and execute on transactions across software, internet, semiconductors and IT services.

Rohil earned an M.B.A. with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he concentrated in Finance and Accounting. He earned a B.S. with Honors from the Stern School of Business of New York University where he studied Statistics, Computer Science and Finance.

Ian joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. He currently primarily focuses on investments in the areas of healthcare, technology-enabled services, and business training and was a member of the investment committee for Two Sigma Impact. Prior to joining Two Sigma Impact, Ian worked at Riverside Partners, a U.S. private equity firm focused on healthcare and technology, starting as a principal, and later becoming a general partner. At Riverside Partners, Ian was part of the firm’s senior leadership team and served as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to Riverside Partners, Ian worked as a lead partner for Fidelity Equity Partners.

Ian began his career at Bain & Company and later worked at Bain Capital. After graduating from business school, Ian returned to Bain Capital and served in various investment roles.

Ian earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with honors and an A.B. from Princeton University where he graduated summa cum laude. Ian was also a Fulbright scholar.

• Serves on the Board of Directors of Jumpstart, a non-profit focused on the advancement of literacy skills for underprivileged pre-school children.

Adrienne is a Controller at FoW Partners. Adrienne comes to FoW Partners from Gemspring Capital, where she was responsible for fund accounting, management company reporting and internal controls. Prior to joining Gemspring, Adrienne held finance roles at Longroad Asset Management, Weston Capital Management and UBS.

Adrienne is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

Udai joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Prior to Two Sigma Impact, he served as an investment manager at Potentia Capital in Sydney, Australia. In this role, he was actively involved in transaction sourcing, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management across software, technology and technology-enabled services businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Udai previously worked at UBS AG in Sydney, Australia, as a director in the Investment Banking Division. He also has experience with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in international development, as well as with SGI Frontier Capital, in frontier markets investing.

Udai earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Edward joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Edward was Head of Product and Business Operations at Two Sigma Impact where he oversaw all facets of Two Sigma Impact’s business operations and investor engagement. Prior to Two Sigma Impact, Edward served as a portfolio manager and alternative investment advisor for HM Payson & Co., a regional investment advisory firm. In this role, he designed and launched a bespoke private equity investment platform for high-net-worth investors. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director of alternative investments at the Maine Public Employees Retirement System (“MainePERS”), where he helped build the private investment funds program before serving as head of private equity. Before MainePERS, Edward practiced law, representing private equity funds and investors in capital formation and investments at Proskauer Rose LLP. Edward commenced his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Howard H. Dana, Jr. (retired) of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Edward holds a J.D. in Law from Vermont Law School, magna cum laude, and an A.B. in Spanish & Latin American Studies from Dartmouth College.

• Next Wave Leadership Council and Investment Committee member, Maine Coast Heritage Trust, a non-profit land conservation organization protecting and caring for vital lands on the coast of Maine.

Tim joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Prior to joining Two Sigma Impact in 2021, Tim worked at The Carlyle Group where he was most recently focused on roll-up and middle market buyout opportunities across the healthcare and business services sectors.

He began his career in investment banking at Barclays.

Tim earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University.

Amar joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Amar comes to FoW Partners from H.I.G. Capital, where he led consumer sector investing and supported investment efforts in other verticals for the firm’s Middle Market private equity group.

Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Amar was a global private equity, structured equity, and credit investor at Centerbridge Partners and a private equity professional at Bain Capital. He has served on the boards of several companies including ResiXperts, IndiMade Brands, Heartland Food Products Group, P.F. Chang’s, True Food Kitchen, Billabong, Pei Wei, and CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries. Prior to entering principal investing, Amar was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.

Amar earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in engineering from Columbia University.

Macgill joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Macgill is responsible for the data, analytics, and machine learning strategy. Prior to joining FoW Partners he was an associate director of data science at Tripadvisor where he led teams of data scientists across a variety of disciplines, including the development of models to power pricing and promotions for their Viator brand. He began his career as a data analyst in mobile advertising at Liquid Wireless.

Macgill earned a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College.

Michaela joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Michaela serves as an executive assistant providing support to multiple senior partners. Prior to joining Two Sigma Impact, she held a role as manager and marketing strategist at Pinnacle Home Interiors. Previously, Michaela was a production assistant at Imaginary Forces and Lone Wolf Media, where she assisted in producing, editing, and delivering content for PBS, HBO, Netflix, Showtime, and ESPN. She also worked as a videographer for the New England Conservatory of Music, filming operas in Symphony Hall and producing two promotional TV spots on PBS.

Michaela holds a B.A. in Media & Screen Studies, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University, College of Arts, Media and Design.

Connor Foushee joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Previously, Connor worked at Raymond James, where he served as an investment banking analyst focused on mergers & acquisitions within the healthcare industry. In this role, he developed financial models to conduct pro forma analysis and forecast operations. He also collaborated with management teams and senior level investment professionals to complete due diligence and advise on transaction strategy. Prior to this, he served as an investment banking analyst at Cowen & Company, where he helped to originate and execute a variety of transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements and SPACs.

Connor holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College where he studied Art History and Economics.

Tom joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. He previously worked at TA Associates, investing across a range of healthcare subsectors. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse.

Tom earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB in economics from Harvard College.

Max joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Max comes to FoW Partners from UBS Investment Bank where he served as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York. In this role, he worked on transactions across a variety of industries, including consumer, technology and healthcare.

Max holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Charlie is a Data Analyst at FoW Partners. Previously, Charlie worked as a research assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research focused on analyzing Twitter discussions using time series analysis, NLP, and knowledge graphs. Prior to this, he served as an economics research assistant at Colby Laboratory for Economic Studies, where he built ArcGIS dashboards and StoryMaps to visualize seaweed production in Maine's coastal communities.

Charlie holds a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Colby College.

Audrey is a Vice President of Strategy & Finance at FoW Partners. Audrey comes to Two Sigma Impact from financial technology company WEX. Previously she worked at Boston Consulting Group, where she focused on strategy and operations projects in the consumer/retail and financial services sectors. Audrey began her career as an investment associate at Cambridge Associates.

Audrey earned an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in economics from Colgate University.

Kelechi joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Kelechi focuses on middle market buyout investments in the consumer space. Prior to Two Sigma, he worked at The Abraaj Group, where he was an Associate Director. In this role, Kelechi sourced, evaluated, and executed on several investment opportunities in their clean energy and core private equity verticals.

Previously, he served as a vice president in the Industrials Group at Citi Investment Banking. During his first stint at Citi, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group both in New York and London.

Kelechi earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alejandro joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. In his time with legacy Two Sigma Impact, he applied his data science expertise to sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio value creation efforts primarily in service of healthcare investing efforts. Before this, he worked at Ro, Tripadvisor, Analysis Group, and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in roles that applied data analytics to health tech, travel ecommerce, litigation consulting, and macroeconomic policy and research.

Alejandro earned a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Colin is a Data Analyst at FoW Partners. Prior to joining FoW Partners, Colin worked as a research technician on projects quantifying human impacts on the environment at Bates College and Northeastern University. At the Roux Institute in Portland, he led a microbiological survey of Maine's coast investigating the ways in which development along the shoreline contributes to the spread of pathogenic bacteria in the ocean water. At Northeastern, he developed a novel method for phosphorus detection to analyze urban runoff during storms.

Colin holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Mathematics from Bates College.

Mark is a Partner at FoW Partners. Mark comes to FoW Partners from H.I.G. Growth Partners, where he was a Managing Director. Prior to joining H.I.G., Mark was a Partner at Enhanced Equity Fund, a lower middle market private equity firm where he was responsible for investments in the healthcare industry. Previously he was with JW Childs where he focused on investments in the healthcare, consumer, retail and business service industries. Mark began his private equity career at William Blair Capital Partners and was also previously a member of the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs.

Mark earned an M.B.A from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Cornell University.

Warren joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Warren comes to FoW Partners from Bain Capital where he was a Managing Director. During his tenure at Bain Capital, Warren worked with the firm's North American private equity business, and then with the firm’s Asian private equity business, where he helped to expand the firm’s capabilities in Japan and was instrumental to the opening of Bain Capital’s office in Sydney. During his final three years at Bain Capital, Warren worked for Bain Capital Double Impact where he helped to launch the firm's first dedicated social impact fund and develop the firm's strategic approach to social impact investing.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Manager at Bain & Company covering a wide variety of industries across Bain & Company’s North American, European, and South African operations.

In 2020, Warren and co-author Michael O’Leary published Accountable: The Rise of Citizen Capitalism (HarperCollins), which draws on their experiences as socially-oriented investors and outlines a better path for corporations – one with accountability to a deeper purpose which they believe can make capitalism both prosperous and good.

Warren received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. cum laude in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Community Involvement

Warren is a founding member of the Aspen Institute Worker Voice in Corporate Governance Lab and is involved in local non-profits in his hometown of Portland, Maine as well as the board of Dartmouth School for Social Impact.

Anna joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. In her time at Two Sigma she was an associate and subsequently a senior associate for 2.5 years. In that role, Anna primarily focused on investments and portfolio management in the Business Services sector. Prior to Two Sigma, Anna worked at Credit Suisse Securities, where she started her career as an investment banking analyst and subsequently an associate in the Financial Institutions Group. In that role, Anna helped advise primarily Financial Technology clients on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Anna holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from New York University, College of Arts & Science.

Samantha Wolk joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Previously, Samantha served as an associate and senior associate on Malk Partners’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advisory team. In these roles, she conducted ESG due diligence on middle market private equity buyout transactions, developed impact investment strategies, and created ESG value creation roadmaps for client portfolio companies. She also assisted clients in complying with regulatory and LP ESG reporting obligations and advised them on geographic, sector-specific, and regulatory ESG trends. Before this, she worked as a paralegal for the Center for American Progress while founding Clicke, an online marketplace for photography and videography services.

Samantha holds a B.Sc. in International Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
