Samantha Wolk joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Previously, Samantha served as an associate and senior associate on Malk Partners’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advisory team. In these roles, she conducted ESG due diligence on middle market private equity buyout transactions, developed impact investment strategies, and created ESG value creation roadmaps for client portfolio companies. She also assisted clients in complying with regulatory and LP ESG reporting obligations and advised them on geographic, sector-specific, and regulatory ESG trends. Before this, she worked as a paralegal for the Center for American Progress while founding Clicke, an online marketplace for photography and videography services.
Samantha holds a B.Sc. in International Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
