Will is an Associate at FoW Partners. Previously, Will worked at B. Riley Securities as an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare group. In this role, he helped originate, advise and execute on transactions with a primary focus on middle-market Mergers & Acquisitions, but has also advised on Debt Capital and Restructuring transactions across a diverse set of industries.
Will graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Accounting
