Edward joins FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team. Edward was Head of Product and Business Operations at Two Sigma Impact where he oversaw all facets of Two Sigma Impact’s business operations and investor engagement. Prior to Two Sigma Impact, Edward served as a portfolio manager and alternative investment advisor for HM Payson & Co., a regional investment advisory firm. In this role, he designed and launched a bespoke private equity investment platform for high-net-worth investors. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director of alternative investments at the Maine Public Employees Retirement System (“MainePERS”), where he helped build the private investment funds program before serving as head of private equity. Before MainePERS, Edward practiced law, representing private equity funds and investors in capital formation and investments at Proskauer Rose LLP. Edward commenced his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Howard H. Dana, Jr. (retired) of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
Edward holds a J.D. in Law from Vermont Law School, magna cum laude, and an A.B. in Spanish & Latin American Studies from Dartmouth College.
